76 doesn't think he's going to stop being angry about the Legion dragging kids into this, especially when missions keep going south. Murderworld was bad enough--this is a whole other horrorshow, and he's starting to think the Legion does this kind of thing on purpose.

Still, kid or not, he's not discounting anything as a threat, and 76 doesn't lower his gun. He can't afford to, not when he isn't even sure what they're up against.

"I ain't gonna shoot unless you give me reason to."

He says that almost daring Dipper to give him reason to--can't be too careful. This is not a grunkle at all.
