"I didn't," says Dipper matter-of-factly. By now he's started to really notice the weird eye thing going on, but he doesn't really know what to do about it. He's been walking around in a state of shock, trying to feel less lost.
It hasn't been working. This place is getting to him now, and between the constant monsters, blood loss, and tricks it's been playing on his psyche, he's reached a pretty impressive state of exhaustion.
"It's just kind of doing this on its own."
He wipes at his cheek and stares at the blood on his hand as if he can barely register the bleeding's really happening.
"It's fine," he says distantly. "Just a little blood."
