Casey dodges just in time, and Meenah still hasn't spun around enough to deal with him properly. Which means she certainly doesn't manage to dodge out of the way of the skater boy rolling at her at tackling speed. It's a collision of teenage boy to the back of her legs, and she yelps as she topples backwards over him.
