The Flash is about 5 miles outside the studio when he finally stops, and 5.3 miles away from Junkrat and Roadhog. Turning around, he gives a quick warning over the comms for the others to not worry if they start hear anything that sounds like thunder.

Then, he crouches into a starting position, and breathes. Lightning pulses through his veins, flashes across his eyes, and Barry moves. 1 mile, 2 miles, 3 miles, 4. At 4.8, he breaks the sound barrier. At 5 miles, he phases back into the studio. He passes over the bear traps faster then they can catch him, and they snap shut and tumble over in his wake.

At 5.3 miles, having outpaced his own sonic boom, he throws one solid, supersonic punch right at Roadhog's face.
