"Nobody even think about touching it yet. Dipper, I'm gonna need my PKE meter back." Ray says, holding his palm out for the device. When it's not immediately placed back in his hand, Ray looks over at the boy, and again expectantly gestures with his hand. Dipper sighs, and reluctantly hands it over.

Ray points it at the Lance, and turns it on. The meter immediately spikes, the indicator lights going red as it does so, and starts clicking up a storm.

"Not good. The readings definitely corroborate the memory we witnessed earlier. The amount of negative psychokinetic energy coming off of this thing is immense. Whoever touches it is going to start feeling some sort of spiritually corruptive effect almost immediately."
