76 very nearly stumbles in the wake of War's psychic energy, not really understanding what she's done until he feels the slow-burn of the rage he almost constantly harbors surge and threaten to boil over. It takes significant effort to bite it down, the sudden surge of aggression almost too much to bear until he remembers why they're here and who they're here for.
He's fast--much faster and stronger than an ordinary human, and more than willing to kill her--but War is another kind of entity. He immediately dives out of her direct path, trying to get himself into a position where he can fire on her from the side, hopefully before she realizes and deflects his attack. Avoiding impalement might be a nice bonus.
With AzĂșcar out of the way and Locus in that armor of his, 76 feels a little better about unleashing his trio of helix rockets. He doesn't expect it to kill her, but the explosion at the very least should stun or distract--and the resulting smoke perhaps provide cover for one of them to get in close.
