Luckily, the way that he's hit Batman, it's not easy to hit skin with the taser. And while it's definitely NOT comfortable, Nightwing's taken worse than somebody trying to stun him before.
It's probably helped out by whatever composite the Legion make their uniforms out of. Whatever it is, the pain lessens a lot faster than Nightwing is used to. But it does make getting to the comm in the utility belt a lot more difficult.

He can always apologize for using his real name in front of somebody else later. "I know you're there and I know you can fight this. Remember what we both swore?" His voice changes a bit, closer to Batman's usual timbre. "To fight against crime and corruption, and never swerve from the path of justice." He keeps his hold tight on Batman. "You can fight this corruption, Bruce. Just keep listening to my voice and come back to us."
