Admittedly, Parker hasn't had much time to observe things like robot zombies, but it is still impressive. It's also firing a laser at a single point, so it's clearly trying to do something and that means that Parker doesn't want it to do whatever it's trying to do.
She's been on retrieval duty, so she has a bag full of useful toys. One of them is an EMP gun, only fancier than the ones Hardison had at home because spacefuture. She knows from experience that the effect doesn't last that long against the zombies, but at least it'll stop doing what it's doing for a few moments and maybe get distracted chasing her when it comes back online.
