There was a part of Garrus that hadn't been certain about this whole mission. Not that the Spectre needed to be stopped, but that the inmates were worth risking the lives of the guards and the Legion over.
He feels guilty about that impulse, but if Takron Galtos lived up to it's reptutation, these were the worst criminals in the galaxy. Maybe the Spectre was doing everyone a favor by freeing up some room.
Then he saw the mission reports of the things Spectre had done in the past, and he began to understand why they needed to step in. Some of the things he saw were ... well, they went well beyond meting out justice.
What he's seeing now is a whole lot worse than even that. It's enough that, in spite of everything that he's done and everything that he's seen people do, he feels sick to his stomach.
