He makes it within range of Judgment and sets off his power nuke. He doesn't even have time to finish yelling, "Take the shot!" before a bullet enters her brain, courtesy of Locus.
"Two minutes," he says, because he's still got a damned time limit. "Make them count." He then turns, brings his rifle to bear, and puts a few more shots into her for good measure.
