Danny had no idea how or when he'd gotten his powers back. The last thing he remembered was pretty much jumping into the void, before being unceremoniously dumped here. He hadn't even considered the idea that he might've had his powers back, simply flying through the facility, phasing through the walls.

It wasn't until he saw his reflection on a pane of glass that he realized he wasn't in his human form. Around the same time he heard a cry for help, and felt a rock form in the pit of his stomach.

The scientist's imprint on the wall told the story from there.

"You know, next time you're experimenting on someone?" He placed his hand on the table, his eyes locked on the other scientists in the room. Turning the table intangible, and unceremoniously dropping Wash to the floor. "Consider not."
