Brainy quickly recovered from his sudden teleportation (the second in less than a half hour) and from the relieved hug Jazmin gave him.

"Time Trapper," he hissed, his eyes narrowing. "Why am I not surprised you're involved in all this? This situation has your signature stamped all over it. Only you would meddle this much with time and space."

He clenched his fists at his sides.
