Hal was right -- there wasn't a lot Parker could do on her own as a Blue Lantern. And with their enemies primarily making use of technology-based super powers rather than inherent superpowers, her ability to make powers stop working wasn't really useful. She hung back from the fight, covering the Green Lanterns covering the evacuating crew in case they needed a power-boost and watched the combatants through the mask of worry on her face.
Unfortunately, watching the combatants meant that she didn't seem to be watching the debris, which bonked into her, sending her tumbling clumsily out into the fray, bouncing back and forth off of other pieces of debris like an incredibly awkward black-and-blue pinball.
