"Spoke too soon. Spoke waaay too soon."
Why had he tempted fate by saying this wasn't going to be hard? He should've known better by now.
More of them gathered and lunged at them and he put up a wall of teke so that they slammed into it mid-jump, crumpling to the ground again, injured.
"What should we do? It's not like we can outright them. And getting to high ground won't do anything when they can jump that high."
