As much as he love to see Jack of all people getting intimidated by him, the guy's never been like that. Never with him. Never around him. Unflappably and infuriatingly so, but it's expected. He knows it only drives his motivation stronger. Whether that motivation is for killing him or just getting under his skin, it doesn't matter. Either one is a win, really. 76 just sets the bar really high.

He manages to laugh again, shaking his head like this is just some more incorrigible bullshit that they deal with everyday.
