Get pulled from a perfectly benign covert mission to be thrown into a bad Hunger Games ripoff run by someone with zero sense of style or humor. Survive, probably on his own, until help comes or he manages to escape. Sure. Okay.

"No kidding." In Wash's opinion, Arcade just shouldn't be alive, but complaining isn't going to help them right now. He brings his rifle to bear, barely taking his eyes off the pit. The tracker isn't set with a Y-axis, which is doing nothing for Wash's calm or lack thereof. He heads away from Chief, heading to the left and just about hugging the wall. No way does he want to be near the pit - or the ceiling - when the thing inevitably pops out. "You go low. I'll go high." He keeps his eyes on the ceiling tunnel, trusting Chief to watch the pit.

Part of him is tempted to suggest they turn around and head back to where they came, but then they'd have a creature chasing them and that wouldn't exactly help matters. Better to face it down now and kill it if they can.
